| Management will select two- to five-person recovery teams to work in a particular field. Team members will be expected to pack supplies, hike long durations, survey with proper instrumentation, mine, and handle delegated roles per management's direction. 4 Corners will fund the recovery team’s expenses. If a team happens upon a target, it will individually receive a percentage of the overall recovery, based upon the target size, location, and prior agreement with the landowner.
We believe that a good recovery team consists of individuals who care for one another's safety and well being, rather than greed or riches. Many of the individuals on our recovery teams have long-standing reputations for being honest, discrete, and strong team players. We believe that a team is only as strong as its weakest link, which is why all of our team members go through rigorous physical training and education before to entering the field.
A good recovery team is a key part of the 4 Corners formula for success, and we take search and recovery very seriously!

- Military escort (Special Operations unit)
- Miner's assistant
- General laborer
