Complementary Survey (company-funded)
4 Corners Search and Recovery will enter into legal "Search and Recovery" agreements, by instituting private agreements with private landowners, giving our teams permission to enter their lands with the intention to search and recover Spanish and Aztec artifacts or precious metals. Our primary agreements usually consist of the following:
- 4 Corners will verify the historic events that took place on that piece of land or it will verify through sufficient evidence that Spaniards inhabited the premises.
- 4 Corners will use its instrumentation and expertise to track any anomalies you may have on your property.
- 4 Corners will work potential sites with recovery teams. Landowners won’t pay for these services.
- If any anomalies or artifacts are recovered, the landowner agrees to terms and conditions set forth in said legal agreements provided by 4 Corners Search & Recovery.
Construction Survey
Our instrumentation has many practical uses. It can be used to locate water mains, abandoned fuel tanks, sewer lines, and buried electrical utilities. Many times in the construction industry climate, engineers and architects will require locates for measuring steel in concrete, erosion control, holding tank locations, and general liability purposes.
Confidential Survey
If you know for a fact that you have a deposit of value on your property and you would simply like us to tell you the exact location, we offer a full arsenal of instrumentation. Our typical survey team consists of one instrumenteer and one assistant. Instruments used will depend upon target location and size. Our services range from $500-$700 per day, plus expenses. We offer extensive confidentiality agreements for your protection.
